Hans Otto Meyer’s practice is mainly within bankruptcy and restructuring, as well as in transactions and corporate law. He has extensive experience in bankruptcy and corporate law issues. In addition, Hans Otto Meyer works with real estate and tax law. He has several years of experience in tax law from the Tax Law Department in the Ministry of Finance and is a member of the Audit Committee for the Norwegian Tax Payers Association. Meyer has experience with transactions, leasing, management and development of property in Norway and abroad, as well as a director of residential and business properties.
